Welcome To My Room.
At the beginning of the semester, when we chose our topic, I intended to speak to my grandmother about other patterns and techniques. My site and video will focus on what she taught me, though it was little.
This September 24th, she moved on to a better place.
I had planned on going to see her in Mexico this December to finally learn all of her crafts, as she had many. Despite the circumstances, I don't dwell on what could have been but linger on the moments I had with her. She was my number one supporter in all my endeavors, especially educational, so that being said...
With love and pride, I dedicate this project to her - my mother, my best friend, my mentor, Mi Mama Juanis.
As the years go by...
I intend to regularly update this website to feature my upcoming projects. Furthermore, I may include additional crafts such as knitting, crocheting, and cross-stitching in the future. Currently, the primary focus of this website is dedicated to looming, highlighting its significance to me and providing guidance on how to engage in this craft.
